Vitamin C
Paul from Australia sent me these photos of his Royal 660 Hunter! Guess what though? I had a post about this car before, this is that Alien Hunter! So far it has changed color twice. Thanks Paul for the photos! I think the car looks fantastic in this Vitamin C color! ;)

Shore Biege
This is a recently sold Hunter in the UK. This car was fully restored in 2008/09. According to the seller: "It came off the UK Scandinavian export line and has front side quarter windows, thought to be the only one like this in the country".
I am not too sure about the quarter windows, I have spotted other MkII Hunters with those windows, but it is interesting fact that this was intended to be an export car. I guess the Scandinavians can't have it ALL! ;)

Floristry
Bresson-esque
Beautifully shot by Mahdi Vaghary Shorcheh. It reminded me of the iconic Behind the Gare St. Lazare photo.
No.1 & No.2
These used to be Monica's Hunters. The No.1 was her first car and it was bought in 1978, she then and I'm quoting her here "foolishly" replaced it with a Lada! But she was then fortunate enough to find the Hunter No.2 (79-80 T reg. Chrysler Hunter) when she and again I'm quoting here "realized her mistake"! ;) Her son also passed his driving test in No.2.
Thanks Moinca for sharing your Hunter stories. I wish you kept that No.2 there are only handful of those Chysler Hunters are around these days.

Endangered Husky
I have been desperately trying to find more information about this South African creature, so far the only piece of information available was the above advert. But now finally we can take a closer look at one example here at: gumtree.co.za.
So it turns out that Iran wasn't the only country blessed with the pick-up version of Arrow, the mighty Paykan Pick-Up, the South Africans had their own version called: Dodge Husky! In comparison to the Paykan version, it has thicker B-pillars and the body-side follows the Hunter sedan character lines. The above car has been modified obviously, but it is very exciting to know that at least one example is in running order over there! :)
Extra, Extra Special Thanks to my dear friend Reza! without him this Blog would come to a screeching halt! Reza-jan Dastee Shooma Daard Nakooneh Azizam!...
Preserved
Leicestershire-Vehicle-Photography has recently uploaded these very nice snaps from the 1980 Paykan at the Coventry Transport Museum. I have featured this car before, but I guess fame is a Biaatch! ;)
